You can receive a professional version of Pola teeth whitening service right here in our office. With our supervision, you are provided with a higher concentration of bleaching solution than you would if you were to buy the kit from the shop and apply yourself. It has about 35% more concentration of hydrogen peroxide.

This is a milder form of the peroxide whiteners you would receive when seeking teeth whitening in a dental office. It has 18% carbamide peroxide, which is still a strong concentration to require dispensing by a professional dentist. We will provide this for you to apply at home teeth whitening after careful consideration of your health condition.

It depends on the kind of solution you use. Alexandra Hills Dental recommends the Pola Day or Pola Night kits. These are offered with a custom made bleaching tray for allowing maximum contact between the whitening gels and the teeth. Usually, if you use it for 14 consecutive days or nights for about one to two hours per day according to the concentration of carbamide peroxide, your teeth will be whiter. (It is unlike the hydrogen peroxide used in our office.)
